Job summary

CNH is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller for Construction based in St Marys, NSW to lead the ANZ region’s financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. You will partner with Sales and Commercial leaders to provide strategic financial insight and drive profitability across Australia and New Zealand.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting, influence pricing choices, ensure SOX compliance, and champion process improvements across finance functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial control, commercial finance or business partnering.
• Manufacturing, industrial or capital equipment experience preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Advanced financial analysis, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Experience with SAP highly desirable.
• Strong communication across teams, entities and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own ANZ financial performance, including profitability, gross margin, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic business planning and monthly financial reporting.
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations on pricing, discounts, support programs and product profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to drive profitable growth and sound commercial decision-making.
• Monitor inventory, working capital, provisions and key financial risks.
• Support development and governance of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).
• Present financial results, risks and opportunities to ANZ, APAC and global leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with CNH policies, SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial finance processes and controls.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Advanced financial analysis, forecasting and reporting skills
• Experience with SAP highly desirable
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams, entities and time zones
