Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller for Construction in St Marys, NSW, to lead the ANZ region’s financial performance. You will own P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, partner with Sales and Commercial leaders, and deliver strategic financial insight for pricing, profitability, and growth initiatives while maintaining governance and compliance.

This role demands strong stakeholder influence, manufacturing/industrial experience, and excellence in financial analysis, reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years' experience in financial control, commercial finance or business partnering roles.
• Manufacturing, industrial or capital equipment experience preferred.
• Advanced financial analysis, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Experience with SAP highly desirable.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Own ANZ financial performance, including profitability, gross margin, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, strategic business planning and monthly financial reporting.
• Provide commercial analysis and recommendations on pricing, discounts, support programs and product profitability.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to drive profitable growth and sound commercial decision‑making.
• Monitor inventory, working capital, provisions and key financial risks.
• Support development and governance of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).
• Present financial results, risks and opportunities to ANZ, APAC and global leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with CNH policies, SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial finance processes and controls.

Experience Required

• Manufacturing, industrial or capital equipment experience preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Advanced financial analysis, forecasting and reporting skills
• Experience with SAP highly desirable
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams, entities and time zones
