Job summary

Prophet requires a Measurement Lead to oversee top Enterprise accounts, guiding measurement strategy and decision science across ANZ, Southeast Asia and beyond. You will chair executive relationships with CMOs and CFOs, translate model outputs into actionable budgets, and drive growth through test‑and‑learn programs.

You will shape the measurement practice, coach teams, and define playbooks while partnering with Sales for renewals and expansion in a fast‑growing, global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing science, econometrics, decision science or measurement.
• Hands‑on experience with MMM, ideally Bayesian (e.g. PyMC‑Marketing, Stan, Meridian or Robyn).
• Knowledge of incrementality testing: geo lift, synthetic control, conversion and search lift, A/B testing, and power analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Enterprise accounts and act as senior measurement advisor to executives.
• Turn model outputs into actionable insights and budget recommendations for clients.
• Design test‑and‑learn roadmaps and oversee geo lift, incrementality, and A/B experiments.
• Coach and develop measurement partners; write playbooks and contribute to scaling the customer success function.
