Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking an experienced Front End Technical Lead to design and architect the front-end framework for a new digital web application, with a strong emphasis on the Angular framework. You will lead a team of front-end engineers, setting standards, reviewing code, and driving performance improvements.

You will collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-quality user experiences while estimating frontend work and guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Front End Technical Lead focusing on Angular.
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of front-end engineers.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of the front-end framework for the new digital web application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
