Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Front End Technical Lead to design and architect the front-end framework for a new digital web application in Sydney. You will lead a team of front-end engineers, define technical direction, and ensure best practices and high-quality code.

You will drive Angular-centric solutions, collaborate with product and design, estimate frontend work, and mentor the team while staying ahead of industry trends to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Front End Technical Lead with Angular.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of front-end engineers.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
