Job summary

XPT Software is seeking an experienced Front End Technical Lead in Sydney to design and architect the front-end framework for a new digital web application. You will lead a team of front-end engineers, drive Angular-based solutions, and work with product managers to deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as Front End Technical Lead with Angular focus.
• Experience leading and mentoring a front-end team.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and development of the front-end framework for the new digital web application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end engineers, ensuring high-quality code.
• Drive adoption of modern front-end technologies and Angular-focused solutions.
• Establish coding standards, tools, and platforms for efficient development and collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural and design principles.
• Assess digital projects and provide accurate estimates for front-end work.
• Work with product managers and designers to align goals and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability challenges.
