Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of modern front-end technologies, focused on Angular.
• Oversee coding standards, tooling, and collaboration platforms.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure architectural compliance.
• Assess digital projects and provide accurate front-end estimates.
• Work with product managers, designers and stakeholders to align goals.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability challenges.
• Stay updated with industry trends to keep the team at the forefront.
