Job summary

Elementar Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Melbourne-based Scientific Equipment Sales Territory Manager with experience in selling analytical instruments. You will promote, sell and support the Elementar product range, visiting customers, delivering demonstrations, and providing training.

You will travel up to 50% of the time across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, build new business, manage CRM interactions, prepare technical documentation and quotations, and present at events to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a similar scientific field is required.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation, preferably with Elemental Analysers.
• Customer-facing sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed revenue and margin targets within the Victoria, SA and Tasmania territories.
• Manage the full sales process from identification to order follow-up.
• Identify new business opportunities via prospecting and market analysis.
• Analyse CRM accounts and carry out sales activities to acquire new customers.
• Visit customers to present equipment features and applicability to samples.
• Provide application support pre- and post-sale, including troubleshooting and training.
• Create and deliver technical sales presentations on site or via Teams.
• Prepare technical documentation to support customers and the Service team.
