Our Client:

Our client is a leading real estate investment and asset management platform is seeking a high-calibre Investment Manager to join its dynamic and growing team. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in sourcing, analysing, and executing investments across a diversified portfolio, including hospitality, build-to-rent, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors.

With multiple active funds and a strong development pipeline across Australia and New Zealand, this role will suit a commercially astute individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investment underwriting and financial modelling for acquisition opportunities
• Oversee the end-to-end investment process, from deal origination to execution and asset onboarding
• Conduct market research and due diligence across target sectors and geographies
• Prepare investment committee presentations and manage stakeholder reporting
• Collaborate with in-house development, asset management, and capital teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies
• Support capital raising activities and investor engagement, as required

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years' experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or institutional investment management
• Strong exposure to PBSA, BTR, or hotel assets (ideally across multiple markets in ANZ)
• Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder communication abilities
• Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, property, or related field
