Job summary
Amadeus is seeking an Associate Manager - Airport Field Services to lead a 24/7 on-site field service engineering team delivering hardware support at Perth Airport. You will oversee incident, problem, change, and asset management to ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with contractual SLAs.
You will collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and R&D to scope requirements, drive service improvements, and support account development while maintaining strong executive relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience leading field service teams in airport IT environments.
- Knowledge of airport IT hardware systems (Kiosks, ABDs, biometric devices) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
- Pre-employment screening including National Coordinated Criminal History Check required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop field technicians for 24/7 operations.
- Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management to ensure uptime.
- Maintain asset inventories and manage RMAs and asset movements.
- Prepare performance and service review reports and drive service improvements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and R&D to scope requirements and propose changes.
