Kaizen Recruitment represents a leading investment manager in Melbourne, seeking a proactive Business Development & Client Support professional. You will drive client engagement, manage opportunities in the sales pipeline, and coordinate responses to client requests and marketing materials.

You will work closely with the distribution leader, supporting private client initiatives and delivering high-quality client experiences to build long-term relationships.

Formación

• 1-4 years' experience within funds management, wealth management, financial services or related fields.
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, client-focused with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Interest in investment markets and understanding of asset classes and funds.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Progress towards CFA/CAIA or similar qualification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify prospective clients and distribution opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client/prospect information in the CRM.
• Assist with managing the sales pipeline and tracking opportunities.
• Prepare briefing notes, meeting materials and follow-up actions.
• Respond to client enquiries professionally and timely.
• Support client meetings, roadshows and industry events.
• Prepare reporting on pipeline activity, fund flows and market developments.
• Coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs.
• Assist with pitch presentations, client proposals and marketing materials.
