Job summary

Strikeforce AMC's Retail Safari division is hiring an Amazon Business Field Sales Representative to cover the Sydney Inner West territory. You will meet local business owners face-to-face to understand their purchasing needs and introduce them to Amazon Business.

This role is field-based with autonomy; you will manage your own territory, build a daily pipeline, and work Monday to Friday. A base salary of 79,500 AUD plus commission and super is offered, with training and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell in person to businesses.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and acquiring new business customers through proactive, face-to-face sales activity within your territory.
• Engaging with small business owners to understand their purchasing needs.
• Demonstrating how our platform delivers value through premium products and smart buying solutions.
• Working towards sales, customer acquisition and activity targets.
• Securing and attending a consistent daily pipeline of unique customer appointments.
• Driving ongoing client engagement and purchasing behaviour.
• Maintaining 100% accurate, real-time records of all customer visits and interactions within the CRM.
• Representing our client's brand professionally in the field while maintaining brand compliance.
