Strikeforce AMC's Retail Safari division is hiring an Amazon Business Field Sales Representative to cover the Sydney Inner West territory. You will meet local business owners face-to-face to understand their purchasing needs and introduce them to Amazon Business.

This role is field-based with autonomy; you will manage your own territory, build a daily pipeline, and work Monday to Friday. A base salary of 79,500 AUD plus commission and super is offered, with training and career development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell in person to businesses.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and acquiring new business customers through proactive, face-to-face sales activity within your territory.

About the role

In this role, you'll spend your day meeting local business owners face-to-face, understanding their purchasing needs and introducing them to an industry-leading business purchasing platform.

Your core mission is to expand the network of local small businesses by acquiring new customers and driving ongoing platform engagement and spend for our top-tier client Amazon Business! You will report to the Team Leader, operate autonomously in field, acting as a trusted consultant to local businesses and managing your territory.

You’ll be:

About you

You are:

• Confident approaching and building rapport with new people
• Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission
• Comfortable working independently in a field environment

• Organised with strong communication skills

To be successful, you will need:

• A current valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory) - to travel to your allocated territory
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or direct sales highly regarded)
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
