Retail Safari, part of Strikeforce, is recruiting B2B Field Sales Representatives for a 12-week casual field sales project across Sydney territories. You will meet local business owners face-to-face, understand their needs, and introduce them to an industry-leading platform.

Start date is flexible, with regular hours and a defined local territory. The role offers autonomy in the field, a tablet for connectivity, paid training, and potential extension beyond the initial 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or direct sales)
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business customers in your territory.
• Engage with small business owners to understand their purchasing needs.
• Demonstrate how our platform delivers value through premium products and smart buying solutions.
• Work towards sales targets and activity metrics.
• Secure and attend a consistent daily pipeline of unique customer appointments.
• Drive ongoing client engagement and purchasing behaviour.
• Maintain 100% accurate, real-time records of all visits in the CRM.
• Represent our client’s brand professionally in the field.

Retail Safari, part of Strikeforce, is looking for B2B Field Sales Representatives to join a 12-week casual field sales project representing one of our top-tier global clients across multiple Sydney territories.

• Penrith/Emu Plains
• Parramatta/ surrounding Western Sydney
• Sydney CBD/North Sydney/North Shore

Location preference can be discussed during recruitment process.

In this role, you’ll spend your day meeting local business owners face-to-face, understanding their purchasing needs and introducing them to an industry-leading business purchasing platform.

Start date flexible for the right candidate.

This is a 12-week casual project with possibility for extension. Regular weekday hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.

About the role

Your core mission is to expand the network of local small businesses by acquiring new customers and driving ongoing platform engagement and spend for our top-tier client! You will operate autonomously in field, acting as a trusted consultant to local businesses and managing your territory.

You'll be:

• Identifying and acquiring new business customers through proactive, face-to-face sales activity within your territory
• Engaging with small business owners to understand their unique purchasing and procurement needs
• Demonstrating how our platform delivers value through premium products, competitive pricing, and smart buying solutions
• Working towards sales, customer acquisition and activity targets
• Securing and attending a consistent daily pipeline of unique customer appointments
• Driving ongoing client engagement and purchasing behaviour
• Maintaining 100% accurate, real-time records of all customer visits and interactions within the CRM
• Representing our client’s brand professionally in the field while maintaining the highest standard of brand compliance

About you

You are:

• Confident approaching and building rapport with new people
• Motivated by achieving targets and earning commission
• Comfortable working independently in a field environment
• Energetic, proactive, and self-driven
• Organised with strong communication skills
• Available to commit to the regular weekday project hours across the 12-week period

To be successful, you will need:

• A current valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory) - to travel to your allocated territory
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or direct sales highly regarded)
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
