Job summary

Ivanhoe Grammar School in Melbourne is seeking a Communications and Content Coordinator to develop engaging alumni and community communications across digital, print and audio channels. This 0.8 FTE role collaborates with the Development, Marketing and external suppliers to strengthen connections and raise the School’s profile.

You will craft content calendars, manage the Brown and White magazine and the Ego Yah podcast, and support fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in marketing, media, journalism or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality communications across digital, social and print channels.
• Strong writing, editing and content production skills; adapt messaging for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt content for alumni, philanthropy, parent, volunteer and community audiences.
• Plan content calendars, campaigns and production workflows across multiple channels.
• Coordinate planning, production and distribution of The Brown and White magazine.
• Plan, produce and promote the Ego Yah podcast, featuring alumni and community voices.
• Manage alumni, community and fundraising content across School and OIGA websites.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship and community engagement initiatives through compelling communications.
