Job summary

All Hallows' School in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Community Relations and Development professional to deepen lifelong connections with our past pupil community. The role focuses on engaging alumni through events, communications, networking and tailored engagement to support philanthropy and advocacy.

You will work closely with the Director of Community Relations and Development and the Past Pupils’ Association to cultivate relationships, manage a portfolio of prospects, and turn connections

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse alumni communities.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for varied audiences and digital channels.
• Strategic, proactive approach to community engagement, philanthropy and relationship development.
• Experience with databases and managing sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with past pupils and foster lifelong connections to the School.
• Implement strategies to boost past pupil participation in philanthropy, volunteering and mentoring.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects and donors, including cultivation and stewardship.
• Deliver engaging events, reunions and networking opportunities with the Past Pupils’ Association.
• Create targeted communications that showcase impact of involvement and generosity.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare profiles and relationship plans.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder data with privacy and confidentiality.
