Job summary

Hymix Concrete in Southport, QLD, is seeking a Concrete Allocator / Scheduler to coordinate daily concrete deliveries across our network. You will manage fleet utilisation, respond to changing priorities, and support customers with orders and changes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure. A 45-hour week, rotating shifts, and a supportive team are provided as part of a dynamic operation.

You'll coordinate daily concrete deliveries, manage changing priorities, and ensure our customers receive the service they're counting on. No two days are the same. One minute you'll be scheduling a busy morning pour, the next you'll be responding to weather changes, traffic delays, plant issues, or last-minute customer requests.
