Job summary

Hymix Concrete in Southport, QLD is seeking a Concrete Allocator / Scheduler to coordinate daily deliveries and manage changing priorities. You will liaise between customers, drivers, plants, and operations to ensure reliable service and timely updates.

The role requires strong organisation, effective communication, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A 45‑hour week with rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays is offered.

We're looking for an energetic and highly organised Concrete Allocator / Scheduler to join our Customer Service Centre in Southport. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and can make confident decisions under pressure.

About the Role

As a Concrete Allocator / Scheduler, you'll be the link between our customers, drivers, plants, and operational teams. You'll coordinate daily concrete deliveries, manage changing priorities, and ensure our customers receive the service they're counting on.

No two days are the same. One minute you'll be scheduling a busy morning pour, the next you'll be responding to weather changes, traffic delays, plant issues, or last-minute customer requests.
