Hymix Concrete in Southport, QLD, is seeking a Concrete Allocator / Scheduler to coordinate daily concrete deliveries across our network. You will manage fleet utilisation, respond to changing priorities, and support customers with orders and changes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure. A 45-hour week, rotating shifts, and a supportive team are provided as part of a dynamic operation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate concrete deliveries across our network.
• Manage fleet utilisation and delivery efficiency.
• Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules in real time.
• Support customers with orders, enquiries, and changes.
• Communicate with drivers, batch plants, sales teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate system information and delivery records.
• Identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
