Job summary

Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a dedicated Allied Health Assistant for a permanent part-time role, working Wednesday to Friday, 6 hours per day, with optional Saturday shifts. The position sits in the Palliative Care Inpatient and Outpatient Team.

You will support clients on therapy programs, monitor responses, and report changes to your supervisor. Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance is required, with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

The permanent role is within the Palliative Care Inpatient and Outpatient Team.We also have Casual AHA roles, working predominantly across the Day Rehab Unit and Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, weekdays and Saturday working.

Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.

Proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, particularly with this patient cohort which requires kindness and empathy.

• Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
• Ability to work within the Mission and Values of Calvary Health Care Kogarah.
