Coulson Aviation Australia operates under a Head of Airworthiness and Maintenance Control (HAAMC) in Bankstown NSW, leading airworthiness and maintenance across fixed-wing and rotary fleets. The role ensures CASA compliance and oversees a team of professionals managing maintenance programs and records.

The HAAMC supervises planning, regulatory reporting, and documentation while coordinating with Chief Engineers and shift leaders to support emergency response operations across Australia.

Formación

• Hold CASA B1/B2/B Licence or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in aircraft airworthiness management.
• Strong knowledge of CASA regulations and airworthiness standards.
• Experience in maintenance planning and continuing airworthiness management.
• Ability to interpret maintenance data and ICA/AD/SB documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and technical direction to maintenance and engineering personnel.
• Monitor effectiveness of maintenance programs to ensure airworthiness compliance.
• Forecast and oversee maintenance activities per manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Access and manage ICA/AD/SB/SL and manufacturer docs.
• Maintain accurate technical records and regulatory compliance.
• Generate maintenance work packages for engineering teams and liaise with MROs.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineers and leadership to implement work plans.
• Assist with investigations and drive continuous improvement.
