Toll Aviation, a division of Toll Group, is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) to maintain fixed wing aircraft at our Mascot depot in Sydney. The role focuses on ensuring airworthiness and operational readiness through skilled maintenance and regulatory compliance.

You will certify maintenance under CASA Part 66, plan and perform scheduled and unscheduled work, and mentor engineers to uphold safety and quality standards across the fleet.

Qualifications

• CASA Part 66 Licence (B1.1 Mechanical or B2 Avionics).
• Experience in fixed wing aircraft maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and maintenance practices.
• Ability to certify maintenance and supervise personnel.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Certify aircraft maintenance within CASA Part 66 licence privileges.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled (AOG) maintenance.
• Plan maintenance tasks including parts, tooling, GSE and manpower.
• Troubleshoot and rectify aircraft defects.
• Supervise and mentor engineers and apprentices.
• Ensure accurate and compliant maintenance documentation.
• Conduct flight line duties including configuration, ranging and recovery.
• Support deployed operations and fly-away kit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with CASA, HSSEQ and organisational procedures.
• Monitor calibration, tooling, and shelf-life requirement.
