Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking an experienced aviation maintenance professional to become the CASA Part 145 Responsible Manager for the Royal Australian Air Force SPA capability at Fairbairn. This role focuses on regulatory leadership and independent governance across the SPA Maintenance Organisation.

You will influence maintenance planning, certification and continuous improvement, drawing on your extensive aviation career to set standards and ensure compliance with CASA and DASA

Formación

• 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of CASA Part 145 and DASA regulations.
• CASA Form 4 holder requirements ability and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compliance with DASA/CASA Part145 and the Maintenance Organisation Exposition.
• Provide independent oversight of maintenance standards, certification, approvals and authorisations.
• Ensure maintenance personnel remain competent, trained and authorised.
• Oversee production planning and ensure facilities, tooling, data and records are available.
• Engage with regulatory authorities and drive corrective actions when findings arise.
