Qualifications

• Minimum of five years military or commercial aviation experience required.
• Experience in leading teams in an aviation maintenance environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor ALSE technicians to meet program requirements.
• Ensure EHS compliance and conduct inspections.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the ALSE team.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Leadership in aviation maintenance

Microsoft Office proficiency

Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Management Systems

Education

Certificate Cert III / IV in Aircraft Life Support

Cert IV Aeroskills with ALSE exposure
