Job summary

Unisys is seeking an Airport Support Technician / Field Engineer to install, diagnose, maintain, and service computer-related products on-site at airport facilities. You will support desktop systems, printers, and peripherals, while delivering dependable customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies, ensuring SLA targets are met and client satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in technical support, mechanical maintenance, or troubleshooting of equipment.
• Familiarity with kiosk systems, bag-drop technology, or similar automated service devices.
• Deskside support experience with fault investigation and resolution.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain, and service computer-related products including desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide on-site technical and operational support for airport equipment and customer-facing technologies.
• Meet SLA requirements and ensure client satisfaction in all interactions.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve faults and complete timely escalations.
• Possess ability to pass Police Check and Aus Check for ASIC qualification.
