Europcar Mobility Group in Lisarow, NSW, seeks a Station Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee staff, fleet, and costs while implementing growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to safety and compliance. You will manage a team, recruit and develop talent, and uphold Europcar’s standards across a high-performing service station.

Formación

• Proven experience in the car rental industry or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with intermediate computer skills.
• Financial literacy and ability to drive station revenue growth.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain resilience.
• Fleet management experience is highly desirable.
• Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lisarow station.
• Effectively control station costs to achieve financial targets.
• All aspects of staff management including recruitment and performance.
• Lead a team to promote a positive team culture.
• Actively seek ways to increase initiations within the location.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability.
• Increase vehicle utilisation and fleet availability.
