Job summary

dnata is hiring a Passenger Service Delivery Agent for Sydney Airport. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, handling check-ins, assisting passengers, and supporting aircraft turnarounds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service-oriented role
• Experience handling difficult situations with clients in high-volume settings
• Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg
• Ability to assist special needs passengers including wheelchairs
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced team environment
• High level computer skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service for client airlines, ensuring all requirements are met promptly
• Carry out passenger check-in duties and related tasks
• Ensure paperwork and reporting align with service delivery agreements
• Assist passengers during disruptions, delays, and with special needs including wheelchair assistance
• Forward/deliver baggage to passengers
• Follow OH&S requirements and report incidents immediately
• Promote a positive company image through grooming and conduct
• Support on-time aircraft departures by following shift directions
• Liaise professionally with internal and external clients and stakeholders
