Job summary

dnata Airport Services – Sydney Airport NSW is seeking a Passenger Service Delivery Agent to join our fast-paced team. You'll handle check-ins, passenger services, and gate duties while ensuring safety, compliance and outstanding customer service.

The role offers a minimum engagement of 20 hours per week with 5 weeks annual leave, uniforms and parking provided, and opportunities for career progression. You must be able to work across shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends, and support

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer service-oriented role.
• Experience in dealing with difficult situations with clients; and dealing with high volume, personalised customer service
• Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg.
• Ability to assist special needs passengers (including pushing wheelchairs to assist passengers)
• Ability to work unsupervised at times and in a changing and fast paced team environment
• Motivated and capable of committing to rostered shifts spanning 24 hours / 7 days a week including morning, evenings and weekend

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standard of customer service for client airlines.
• Carry out passenger check in duties and other duties commensurate with passenger service.
• Ensure paperwork is completed on time and reporting per service delivery agreements.
• Assist during disrupted or delayed services and special needs passengers.
• Help passengers with baggage and wheelchairs.
• Follow OH&S requirements and report incidents.
• Ensure procedures are carried out per client regulations.
• Promote a positive company image through grooming and service.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients to achieve on-time departures.
