Responsibilities

• Effectively manage vehicle fleet levels and employee rostering to meet customer demands.
• Action and monitor reporting and financial plans to contribute to the development of the annual business plan for your location.
• Manage location performance against the strategic plan and implement necessary contingency measures to ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor the level of customer service being delivered and continually identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Create and facilitate a team environment within airport operations. Identify and continually monitor employee needs and implement actions to increase employee satisfaction and manage the performance of employees as needed.
