Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking a highly organised Facilities Support Officer to join the Rockhampton Airport team. You will provide high-level administrative support and help coordinate maintenance schedules, contractor activities and operational requirements across the airport.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication with internal teams and stakeholders, and the ability to balance competing deadlines.

Formación

• Experience in maintenance scheduling, contractor coordination, facilities administration, or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with experience in administrative systems, financial processes and record management.
