Job summary

Star Aviation is seeking a part-time Canberra-based Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for passengers, handling check-in, boarding and baggage tasks with calm professionalism. You will support passengers with special needs and guide them to gates, while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ASIC card required or ability to obtain
• Experience in Aviation/Airline industry desirable
• Clean driving license to commute to work
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes and baggage
• Provide support to passengers with special assistance needs
• Direct passengers to gates and boarding areas
• Handle missing baggage enquiries and basic admin tasks
• Represent the airline and Star Aviation to high standards
