Job summary

Star Aviation is seeking a Customer Service Officer at Emerald Airport to join the team on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, handling check-in, boarding, and baggage with calm, professional service.

You will support passengers with special assistance, guide them to gates, and uphold the airline’s high service standards while working in a friendly team at Emerald (EMD).

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation or airline industry is desirable.
• Strong customer service ethos with professional communication.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes and baggage.
• Support passengers with special assistance needs.
• Direct passengers to gates and boarding areas.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and represent Star Aviation professionally.
