Job summary

Menzies Aviation in Sydney's International Terminal, Mascot, seeks enthusiastic check-in officers to deliver friendly customer service and manage passenger check-in, passport verification, baggage tagging and boarding passes.

You will work 7-day rotating shifts from 4 am to 11 pm, require full working rights, pass police and security checks and a pre-employment medical, and contribute to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced aviation environment near public transport.

Qualifications

• Experience in passenger service is desirable.
• Must be able to pass background checks (police check and security checks).
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Passenger check-in with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout interactions.
• Validate passports and other essential travel documents.
• Tag baggage, arrange seating, and issue boarding passes proficiently.
