Oceania Ground Force is seeking a Check‑In Crew member to greet passengers, verify documents, assign seats and issue boarding passes within a rotating roster. You will help manage baggage, assist with gate boarding and handle disruptions to ensure smooth journeys.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer experiences to airline travellers. As a Check‑In Crew member, you will be responsible for greeting customers with a smile, ensuring travel documents meet requirements, assigning seats, preparing and issuing boarding passes, managing baggage, assisting with gate boarding, and handling passenger marshalling and disruption management. Your efforts will make a significant impact on travellers’ journeys.

ESSENTIALS

• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
• Capability of obtaining an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays (e.g., Christmas).
• Capacity to undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.
• Ability to work shifts spanning 05:00 - 23:00.
• Commitment to a minimum of 16 hours per fortnight.
• Availability for 2 weeks of full‑time paid training.
