Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or ground handling preferred.
• Physically fit to handle baggage and operate equipment.

• Valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during check-in, boarding and disembarkation.
• Verify tickets, issue boarding passes and check luggage.
• Provide accurate flight information on schedules, delays and gate changes.
• Resolve passenger inquiries professionally and safely.
• Coordinate with airport staff and assist during delays or disruptions.
• Assist with cabin cleaning as required.
