About the Role

We are seeking Casual Passenger Service Agents to join our Adelaide International Airport team.

As a Passenger Service Agent, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive airport experience while ensuring compliance with airline, safety and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive, memorable experiences for passengers.

Process passenger check-in and boarding activities.

Verify passports, visas and travel documentation.

Allocate seating and issue boarding passes.

Conduct boarding gate operations and passenger announcements.

Ensure compliance with airline, safety, security and regulatory procedures.

Maintain a high level of accuracy when verifying passenger travel documentation and requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be available to work a flexible 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays (essential).

Hold full and unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Hold a current South Australian Driver Licence (minimum P1/P2).

Have previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, travel, aviation or another fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Be reliable, professional and detail oriented.

Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Demonstrate strong communication, computer and organisational skills.

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

Be willing to complete a Police Check, ASIC Security Check and pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening.
