Job summary

Singapore Airlines Adelaide Airport Team is seeking a highly motivated Customer Services Officer for a temporary full-time role at Adelaide Airport. The role focuses on upholding service, safety and security standards while performing airport operations alongside ground services partners.

You will handle flight-related activities, address customer enquiries, maintain records, and contribute to continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face communication and complaint resolution skills.
• High standard of professional deportment and personal presentation.
• Sound knowledge of ground handling functions (customer handling, baggage handling, aircraft handling, load control, cabin services, delay handling, crisis management).
• Strong service ethic with time management and organisational skills.
• A strong team player who promotes team spirit and unity.
• IT and administrative skills to support assigned tasks.
• Ability to work shift-work hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform flight handling activities: pre-flight planning, check-in, departure/arrival handling, baggage, lost and found, ramp, lounge, delays, and customer enquiries.
• Interact with customers at all touchpoints and resolve complaints with effective solutions.
• Collaborate with ground services partners to meet service standards agreements.
• Maintain records and filing on flights and daily operations.
• Review procedures and implement improvements to service experience or efficiency.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Station Manager Adelaide.
