Job summary

Assetlink is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of services at Western Sydney International Airport. You will be responsible for the contract's operational and commercial performance, ensuring safety, efficiency and the highest standards of service.

You will lead a large frontline team, manage budgets and KPIs, build client relationships and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale facilities management, cleaning, aviation or integrated services contracts.
• Demonstrated experience leading large frontline teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and contract performance.
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
• Experience within aviation or major infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
