Job summary

Assetlink is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of the Western Sydney International Airport contract, ensuring safety, efficiency and exceptional service across a high-profile aviation environment.

You will provide strong leadership across a large frontline workforce, manage budgets and client relationships, and drive continuous improvement while delivering high standards of service under a regulated context.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale facilities management, cleaning, aviation or integrated services contracts.
• Experience leading large frontline teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and contract performance.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.
• Experience within aviation or major infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.

The Role

As Contract Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the contract, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the long-term success of the contract

About You

You will be an experienced people and operational leader with a strong understanding of complex service environments.

You will ideally have:

• Experience managing large-scale facilities management, cleaning, aviation or integrated services contracts
• Demonstrated experience leading large frontline teams
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building capabilities
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and contract performance
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence
• The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
• Experience within aviation or major infrastructure environments will be highly regarded
