Job summary

Sydney Airport in Sydney is seeking a Commercial Development Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract to identify, validate and progress high-value land and asset opportunities.

Reporting to the Commercial Development Lead, you will guide opportunities from feasibility to business case approval, partner with Finance on financial models, and collaborate across Commercial, Planning & Delivery, Operations and external advisors to ensure alignment and value realization.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Property Economics, Development, Urban Planning, Valuation, Commerce, Engineering or Architecture.
• Experience in early-stage development, feasibility and business case development.
• Background across retail, transport, infrastructure or property environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape high-value land and asset opportunities across the airport precinct.
• Test concepts through upfront feasibility including market demand, planning, economics and risk.
• Translate ideas into defined development opportunities and prepare evidence-based briefs.
