Job summary

You’ll manage imports (air and sea), handle national and international client enquiries, coordinate movements, and liaise with carriers and brokers. The role offers AU$70k–$85k plus super and clear career progression in APAC and US markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in freight forwarding / customer service / e-commerce logistics.
• EDI experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage imports air and sea operations, including customs and quarantine documentation.
• Handle national and international client enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Coordinate import shipment movements and cargo delivery.
• Lodge outturn reports through automated systems and e‑commerce platforms.
• Liaise with carriers, agents, and custom brokers.
