Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) - Structures to join our Deep Maintenance Team supporting the Australian Defence Force's fleet of F/A-18F Super Hornet aircraft at RAAF Base Amberley.

As an AME Structures Technician, you will perform structural maintenance, repairs and modifications with a focus on advanced composite repair techniques, working within a safety-critical aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Structures) is required.
• Demonstrated experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures.
• Experience performing aircraft structural repairs in a regulated aviation environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, repair instructions and technical manuals.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance.
• High attention to detail and workmanship standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aircraft structural inspections and repairs.
• Composite structure assessment and repair.
