Job summary

Vacay Rentals on the Gold Coast seeks an AirbnB Operations Assistant to ensure luxury apartments are guest-ready, clean, well-presented and prepared for arrivals.

You will inspect properties, coordinate deliveries, manage check-ins, and assist with minor maintenance while keeping supplies stocked and organised across Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Training and growth opportunities are available in our expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, housekeeping or property support is a bonus.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Friendly communication and practical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments before arrival to check cleaning quality, presentation and guest readiness.
• Handle property deliveries and guest setups, including keys, supplies and extra beds.
• Take care of basic maintenance checks, small fixes and practical guest assistance.
• Keep our storage and supplies organised, including towel washing and restocking.
• Share photos and progress updates through mobile apps.
