Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, pricing, freight forwarding or a similar commercial support role.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sound Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time‑sensitive requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working across different teams.
• Strong follow-up skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate Air and Ocean freight quotations
• Obtain and consolidate rates, surcharges and service information from internal teams, carriers and service providers
• Maintain accurate pricing data, rate schedules and supporting documentation
• Support RFQs and tender activity through rate collection, data entry and document preparation
• Review quotation inputs for accuracy, completeness and consistency
• Coordinate day-to-day pricing enquiries with Product, Operations and Business Development teams
• Follow up outstanding pricing requests and actions to support timely customer responses
• Maintain quotation histories, customer‑specific rates and other pricing records
• Prepare routine pricing reports and data extracts
• Support continuous improvement of pricing and quotation processes
