Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator in Banksmeadow, NSW. You will manage end-to-end communication and service delivery for air and ocean freight clients, acting as the key liaison between customers and operations to ensure high-quality service throughout the freight lifecycle.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills with a willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Year 12 completion; vocational qualification in logistics desirable.
Proficiency with CargoWise freight management system.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned air and ocean import/export customers.
Monitor shipment milestones, resolve delays, and provide proactive updates.
Prepare quotes, routing proposals, and track margin and cost-to-serve.
Investigate service failures or claims and manage resolution with internal and external parties.
Maintain customer SOPs, rate matrices, and KPI dashboards.
Support business reviews with data insights and customer reporting.
Collaborate with business development and pricing teams to support account retention and growth.
Maintain accurate records and support audit and compliance processes.
