Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Banksmeadow, NSW is seeking a Pricing & Quoting Administrator to support our Air & Ocean pricing by coordinating quotations, gathering rates, and maintaining pricing data. You’ll work with internal teams to prepare quotes and ensure accurate pricing for our customers.

You will collaborate with Pricing, Product, Operations and Business Development teams, handle RFQs and tenders, and contribute to timely customer responses.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service, pricing, freight forwarding or similar commercial support.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with data spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and confidence working with different teams.
• Strong follow-up skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate Air and Ocean freight quotations.
• Obtain and consolidate rates, surcharges and service information from internal teams, carriers and service providers.
• Maintain accurate pricing data, rate schedules and supporting documentation.
• Support RFQs and tender activity through rate collection, data entry and document preparation.
• Review quotation inputs for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Coordinate day-to-day pricing enquiries with Product, Operations and Business Development teams.
• Follow up outstanding pricing requests and actions to support timely customer responses.
• Maintain quotation histories, customer-specific rates and other pricing records.
• Prepare routine pricing reports and data extracts; support pricing process improvements.
