Qualifications

• DG Certification required.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
• Knowledge of export compliance and general airline/logistics knowledge.
• Experience with MS Office and Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a heightened level of service and ensure efficient daily operations for all accounts.
• Track and trace shipments and ensure accurate data entry in the operational system.
• Provide proactive and clear communication to internal and external customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing, including dispute resolution.
• Complete cross training to support team coverage.
