Job summary

SP&R Group Pty Ltd is growing and seeking experienced Air-Conditioning Technicians to join our NSW team. This is a stable, long-term role with a growing Australian business, working across Sydney Metro and regional NSW.

You’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance, servicing, breakdowns, fault finding and repairs on commercial air-conditioning systems. VRF/VRV and refrigeration experience are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Air-conditioning and refrigeration qualification completed.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ industry experience.
• Current ARC Licence is required.
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence required.
• Ability to pass a basic police check.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, servicing, breakdowns, fault finding and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Work across Sydney Metro and regional NSW sites.
• Operate VRF/VRV systems and assist with refrigeration tasks.
• Ensure professional presentation and clear communication with clients.
