Job summary

Superior People Recruitment seeks a Field Service Technician based in Sydney to service on-site and on-road equipment. You’ll provide expert servicing, fault finding and breakdown support for air compressors, diesel generators and related equipment across customer sites.

This hands-on role requires independent field experience, safety focus and a solutions-driven mindset. You’ll travel to sites, attend breakdowns, perform scheduled services and contribute to a reliable service team.

Qualifications

• Experience with air compressors, diesel generators or similar equipment.
• Field service work done independently at client sites.
• Demonstrated focus on safety and problem solving.

Based out of Sydney, this role gets you out on the road visiting customer site. You will provide expert servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown support for a wide range of Compressed air solutions.

This is a key front-line role – you’ll be critical to ensuring customers stay operational and supported with quality, responsive service.

• Attend breakdown services – national technical support are always available to give you the support you need
• Perform fault finding on a range of equipment
• Keep Hire and Aftermarket customers operational performing scheduled services both in thei workshop and on a variety of customer sites.

You:

• Demonstrated experience working with Air Compressors, diesel generators or similar equipment
• Having worked independently in a Field service role previously
• You will be solutions focused, keen to drive your own success
• Think and be safe in everything you do
