Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain, service and repair air compressors and related equipment across customer sites in Queensland, Australia. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and complete on-site repairs and commissioning with a strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.

A trade qualification and valid Australian driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in a mechanical trade (e.g., Mechanical Fitter or Diesel Mechanic).
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your day.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Complete on-site repairs, upgrades and equipment commissioning.
• Provide technical support and exceptional service to customers.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate service records.
